 Beef Bowl

Today we are going to prepare a delicious beef bowl.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup coconut brown sugar or regular brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (less sodium)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced in squares
  • 4 baby carrots, sliced in little circle pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or sliced in pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon complete seasoning
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Brown or white rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • Few spinach leaves
  • 7 slices cucumber

PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:

  1. In a small cooking bowl, at brown sugar, olive oil, squared pieces of green bell pepper, thinly sliced red onions and minced or sliced garlic pieces.
  2. Heat the above in Bowl over medium high heat for about 2-4 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 4-8 minutes, make sure to steer the beef as it cooks..
  3. Stir in soy sauce, allowing to simmer until heated through, about 2-5 minutes.
  4. We suggest to serve this delicious dish in a round bowl.
  5. First at the brown or white rice to the bowl
  6. Top the rice with the prepared beef, decorate around the beef, with spinach leaves, sliced carrots, sliced cucumber and sprinkle some chia seeds over the whole plate.
