Beef Bowl

Today we are going to prepare a delicious beef bowl.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 cup coconut brown sugar or regular brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (less sodium)
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced in squares
- 4 baby carrots, sliced in little circle pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced or sliced in pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon complete seasoning
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- Brown or white rice
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- Few spinach leaves
- 7 slices cucumber
PREPARATION DIRECTIONS:
- In a small cooking bowl, at brown sugar, olive oil, squared pieces of green bell pepper, thinly sliced red onions and minced or sliced garlic pieces.
- Heat the above in Bowl over medium high heat for about 2-4 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 4-8 minutes, make sure to steer the beef as it cooks..
- Stir in soy sauce, allowing to simmer until heated through, about 2-5 minutes.
- We suggest to serve this delicious dish in a round bowl.
- First at the brown or white rice to the bowl
- Top the rice with the prepared beef, decorate around the beef, with spinach leaves, sliced carrots, sliced cucumber and sprinkle some chia seeds over the whole plate.
